Children Available:

Children 36 months to age ten years, and some are sibling groups are readily available. Children reside in orphanages, and have been relinquished for adoption. Orphanage system is superior to Russia with very good medical care being a priority. Children are of Hungarian or Gypsy heritage. Most children are in good health.

Eligibility:

Hungary is flexible, allowing married couples, single women, parents with children already in the family and parents over the age of 50 to adopt. Qualified single men may adopt boys age 7 and up. Couples over age 45 should request school age children.

Services the Agency Provides:

We inform families of all developments on their case and encourage phone or e-mail contact whenever families have a question or concern.

	Assistance with application and processing of your case through immigration.
	Preparation of home study for Michigan families, if desired.
	We supply necessary forms required for Romanian adoption, provide assistance with dossier preparation, and send completed dossier to Romania.
	Assistance with visa for travel to Romania and travel arrangements.
	Coordination of and assistance with, required post-placement reports.

Services in Hungary :

An agency representative is available to guide families through the entire adoption process.

	Translation of dossier.
	Locate a child and present to court all necessary documents.
	Medical expenses for the child (prior to requested medical by US Embassy).
	Orphanage donation
	Agency representative in country will arrange in-country travel, hotel, translation services, drivers and assistance with completion of necessary paperwork and representation in court, obtaining passport for travel and representation at US Embassy.

General Information:

Wait for referal can be as little a a few months. Photographs and medical information are available on each child. We inform families of all developments on their adoption, and encourage phone or e-mail contact whenever families have a concern or question. Families receive a final adoption decree from the Hungarian court.

Travel by both parents is required with one parent able to return home in two weeks and second one remaining for about 30 days.
